Police are investigating a two vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at 8:30am on Thursday 7 August on Warwick Road, Carlisle at the junction to Eastern Way, Carlisle.
The collision involved two vehicles, a black Mercedes and Silver Hyundai. The driver of the Mercedes suffered serious injuries. The driver of the Hyundai was un-injured.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have dash camera footage.
