Police are investigating a serious injury collision which occurred at around 3:15am on Sunday 30 November on the A66, westbound on Stainmore.
The collision involved two vehicles, a red Volkswagen Polo and a white Iveco HGV. One of the passengers in the VW Polo was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The other occupants were taken to hospital but their injuries are not thought to be serious.
The driver of the HGV was un-injured.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have dash-cam footage from around the time of the collision.
