Police are investigating a one vehicle road traffic collision on Savinhill Road, Brigsteer that occurred at approximately 11:45pm on the 14 June.
The vehicle was a black Suzuki Jimny Mode.
The driver of the vehicle has sustained a head injury and has since been released from hospital.
The front seat passenger is suspected to have only minor injuries.
