Officers have located a body in the Troutbeck Bridge area yesterday (14 Sept) at around 6:10pm.
The family of Jennifer Massie who was reported missing yesterday are aware.
Formal identification has not yet taken place.
The death is being treated as unexplained, investigations are ongoing into the circumstances of the death.
