Cumbria Police is appealing for witnesses following a collision between a car and an e-bike in Eastern Way in Carlisle on Saturday afternoon (19 Jan).
The collision occurred at around 3.45pm.
The cyclist – a 60-year-old local man – was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.
The road was reopened at around 7.40pm on Saturday.
Cumbria Police is continuing to ask that anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have dashcam or any other footage which may assist, comes forward.
