A man from Carlisle has been charged with rape.
Brian Watson, aged 22, of Low Meadow, Carlisle was charged yesterday (17 July) by officers.
Watson has been remanded into custody. He is due to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on 15 August 2024.
The charge relates to an incident which occurred in Carlisle on the evening of 16 July.
