Police investigating an incident of criminal damage to a barrier have released footage of a man this wish to identify and speak with as part of their investigation.
The incident occurred on Monday 24 February at 4:50am at McDonalds on London Road, Carlisle.
Police are appealing to anyone who can identify the man in the footage.
