Police investigating an incident of criminal damage to a car have released footage of a man this wish to identify and speak with as part of their investigation.
The incident occurred on the evening of 19th April 2024 at 11.45pm at the Halston Car Park in Carlisle.
Police are appealing to anyone who would be willing to provide an evidential statement to identify the man in the footage.
