
The Allerdale Neighbourhood Policing Team have secured a two year Criminal Behaviour Order against Lisa Halbert, 44, of Davis Road, Workington to address her persistent offending.
Criminal Behaviour Orders (CBO) are issued upon conviction and include prohibitions to prevent criminal and antisocial behaviour. The CBO was issued on 26 December 2024.
The order will either prohibit or require the offender to do something as described in the order.
Lisa Halberts order states she must not enter any property or premises that are members of the Workington Schemelink scheme (listed below) or display the Schemelink logo at any time.

• Enter Claires Accessories, Risman Place, Workington
• Enter Clinton Cards, Risman Place, Workington
• Enter Spar, Harrington Road, Workington

The punishment for breaking the terms of a Criminal Behaviour Order can be up to five years in prison.
This work forms part of Operation Enhance.
Operation Enhance is funded after Cumbria’s Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner secured an additional £1m of extra funding from the Government’s Hotspot Response Fund to target anti-social behaviour (ASB) and serious violence in hotspot areas across the county.
There are increased patrols in Carlisle City Centre area as part of Operation Enhance.
