Detectives investigating an incident which occurred on Prescott Road in Carlisle on Sunday (4 Jan) have charged a man.
Ricky Murphy, 29, of Ferguson Place, Carlisle has been charged with GBH with intent and causing injury by dangerous driving.
He is due to appear before Carlisle Magistrates Court tomorrow (7 Jan).
