Emergency services were called to junction 37 (A684) of the M6 at 11.50am today (19 Sept) following a serious collision involving a Hyundai i10 car and a Stagecoach bus.
The driver and passenger of the car were airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the bus was uninjured.
The northbound exit road is currently closed whilst a forensic collision investigation is carried out.
