Emergency services are currently in attendance in Ambleside following a collision involving a HGV and a pedestrian.
The incident occurred in Lake Road shortly before 4.30pm today (29 July).
Emergency services – including an air ambulance – have attended and road closures are in place.
People are asked to avoid the area whilst emergency services continue with their work.
