The family of a man who died following a collision on the A66 near Workington have paid tribute to his life.
Marty Roberts, 34, of Liverpool, died following a collision on Saturday 12 July.
In a tribute to Marty, his family said: “Marty was a cherished soul by many.
“He touched the hearts of everyone he met with his unique quirky sense of humour and his calm and collective nature.
“Marty was a beloved son to Ann, Del and Kathy, a precious brother of Lisa, and a treasured grandson of Jan. Also a dearest friend to so many.
"We are utterly devastated by his loss, but take comfort in knowing how deeply loved he was by so many.
"We are overwhelmed with the incredible support and love we have received at the hardest time of our lives.”
