On Wednesday 14 May, Eden Neighbourhood Policing officers carried out a misuse of drugs act warrant at a property in Penrith.

The address was searched, and a quantity of class B drugs and cash were seized.

As a result of the activity, Aron Underwood, aged 49, of Crocus Avenue, Penrith was arrested and later charged with possession with intent to supply a class B drug.

He appeared before Carlisle Magistrates court yesterday (15 May) and is next due to appear before Carlisle Crown court on 16 June 2025.
