A man has been charged with offences following an incident at McDonalds on London Road, Carlisle yesterday afternoon (Jan 7).
Anthony Sheckley, 57, was charged with racially aggravated fear of violence, assault by beating and assault a constable in the execution of duty.
He is to appear at Carlisle Magistrates today (8 Jan)
