Man charged with possession of a knife

A man has been charged following the report of a man with a knife at Workington Magistrates on Bridge Street, Workington yesterday (March 16).

Chris Thompson, 39, of no fixed address was charged with possession of a bladed article.

He is to appear at Workington Magistrates on 17 March.
