A man has died following a two-vehicle collision on the M6 on Tuesday 7 April.
The man died in hospital on Friday 10 April as a result of his injuries.
The collision occurred at 1:12pm on 7 April approximately half a mile before junction 40.
The collision involved an HGV and a Seat Tarraco.
