Officers from Allerdale Neighbourhood Policing Team have secured an additional Criminal Behaviour Order against a man.
Raymond Smith, 29 of no fixed address was given a three year Criminal Behaviour Order on 17 April.
The Criminal Behaviour Order follows Smith appearing at court where he was sentenced to ten months in prison for theft offences, breaches of a criminal behaviour order and possession of a controlled drug of Class B.
The conditions of the Criminal Behaviour Order are:
- Not to enter any property or premises that are members of the Workington Schemelink scheme, or who display the Schemelink sign at any time.
- Not to enter any property or premises that are members of the Whitehaven Schemelink scheme, or who display the Schemelink sign at any time.
- Not to approach any person requesting money from them anywhere in Cumbria.
- Not to enter New Regent Court Chinese, Oxford Street, Workington.
- Not to enter any Asda.
- Not to enter any Marks and Spencer.
- Not to enter any Tesco.
- Not to enter any Home Bargains.
- Not to enter any Mcdonalds.
- Not to enter any Spar.
- Not to enter any Co-op.
- Not to enter William Hill, Finkle Street, Workington.
The punishment for breaking the terms of a CBO can be up to five years in prison
Anyone who witnesses Smith breaching the terms of his CBO should contact the police.
