The Allerdale Neighbourhood Policing Team have secured a Criminal Behaviour Order today (May 7) to prevent a man’s anti-social behaviour.

The order was secured against Christopher McKenzie, 38, of no fixed address for two years which he must comply with the following:

  • Not to be drunk and incapable in Workington, Keswick or Cockermouth town

The order follows McKenzie been sentenced to 16 weeks in custody for Stalking without fear / alarm / distress and two counts of common assault

We would encourage anyone who witnesses the terms of such a court order being broken to contact the police immediately.

The punishment for breaking the terms of a CBO can be up to five years in prison

Anyone who witnesses Christopher McKenzie breaching the terms of his CBO should contact the police.
