A Carlisle man has been jailed for seven months for theft and breaching his criminal behaviour order.
Alfonso Bitton, 31, of Parkside, Carlisle was sentenced yesterday (April 20) at Carlisle Magistrates court.
The offences relate to incidents on the 17 and 18 April.
The court heard on 17 and 18 April, Bitton stole food items from Aldi in Kingstown, Carlisle, this also breached his criminal behaviour order which was made on 8 July.
Bitton was issued a two year Criminal Behaviour Order on 8 July 2025.
