Police are investigating a two vehicle collision that occurred at 7:34ppm yesterday (Jan 28) on the A5087 near to Peasholme Lane.
The collision involved a Surron Electric Bike and a red VW Move up.
The rider of the bike, a teenage boy was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the car a woman in her 20s was uninjured.
The road was closed for a number of hours whilst a forensic collision investigation was carried out.
