UPDATE
Carlisle police can confirm that a man has contacted officers and is helping with enquiries following an appeal earlier today for sightings of a BMW car in Carlisle.
The woman officers had concerns about has been found and is safe and well.
Officers would like to thank everyone who shared the appeal.
