Police are trying to locate Anthony, 46 from Whitehaven, who is wanted for a failure to appear warrant.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Anthony should contact police on 101.
Police would also like to urge Anthony to hand himself in at the nearest police station if he sees this appeal.
