A Whitehaven man has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order.
Peter Chambers, 45, of Duke Street, Whitehaven was given the two-year Criminal Behaviour Order on 8 January.
The conditions of his Criminal Behaviour Order are:
- Enter St Nicholas Gardens, Whitehaven
- Enter Melbreak Avenue, Cleator Moor
- Consume alcohol in a public place other than in licensed premises which serves alcohol to be consumed on the premises.
Chambers was given the order following his conviction on 21 May for possession of a knife/bladed article in a public place.
We would encourage anyone who witnesses the terms of such a court order being broken to contact the police immediately.
The punishment for breaking the terms of a CBO can be up to five years in prison.
Anyone who witnesses Chambers breaching the terms of his CBO should contact the police.
