
A woman had been given a Criminal Behaviour Order at court after an application was made by the Carlisle Neighbourhood Policing Team.
The order was made on 6 November, against Lavinia Moorhead, 47, of no fixed address for two years.
The order prohibits her from:
- Not to enter any premises part of the Carlisle Shopwatch/Cumbria Safer Business Partnership (Carlisle) Save and except the defendant is allowed to enter Primark, English Street, Carlisle.
- Not to enter any Heron Foods supermarket store
- Not to enter Spar on English Street, Carlisle
The order follows Moorhead pleading guilty to failing to surrender to magistrate court, theft and public order. She was sentenced to 14 weeks.
Anyone who witnesses the terms of such a court order being broken to contact the police immediately.
The punishment for breaking the terms of a CBO can be up to five years in prison.
Anyone who witnesses Moorhead breaching the terms of her CBO should contact the police.
